Position Overview:

As a North American Sales Executive, you will be a key player in our growth strategy, responsible for driving revenue and expanding our customer base. You will be part of a collaborative and driven sales team, working closely with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver exceptional results. This role is not just about closing deals; it's about building trust and lasting partnerships with clients and understanding their unique needs to provide tailored solutions that bring true value to their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

  • Identify and prospect potential enterprise-level clients, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to generate new leads.

  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects, understanding their pain-points and business challenges to position our solutions effectively.

  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product demonstrations, proof-of-concept and pilot projects.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance metrics, and other reports to senior management regularly.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus).

  • Proven experience (at least 7-10 years) in software sales with a track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving substantial revenue growth.

  • Experience selling enterprise-level solutions to C-level executives and key stake holders.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of SaaS technologies and their applications (cybersecurity is a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and a willingness to travel as needed (when applicable).

  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Familiar with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc) and sales methodologies
